How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Our warehouse is located in Poland, so for domestic orders, you can expect to receive your HaHobby diamond painting kit within 2 - 7 business days. We will process and ship your package within 1 - 3 business days, and shipping may take 2 - 7 business days, depending on your location and proximity to our warehouse. If you are located in another country, on average shipping takes 2 - 7 business days.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes, absolutely. You can track your order here.
When will I receive my order and shipping confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be sent to your email within a few minutes following your purchase. It may have ended up in junk mail so please have a look there. If not, just contact us at info@hahobby.com and we will send you a new order confirmation. Sometimes, if there is a small mistake in the email address that has been provided, the email can not be delivered so please enter your details carefully when you check out. Your shipping confirmation should be sent to you within 3 business days.

Can I return my order?
Sure thing! We’d like you to know if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Reasons for having your order resent or receiving a refund:
- Delivery terms and deadlines violated significantly (does not include local customs retentions or local post mistakes)
- Product does not meet the declared characteristics
- Some items arrived damaged/are missing
With that being said, when addressing the issue to our customer support by email info@hahobby.com. Please kindly provide some pictures of the item.
Are my card details safe?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption for all data, and we are a PCI-compliant company, meaning we follow all credit card industry requirements and best practices. Furthermore, not even our employees have access to your full card details, even after a purchase. We can only see the last four digits for verification purposes.
